England Squads Announced for the 2008 UK School Games

The English Schools' Table Tennis Association in conjunction with the English Table Tennis Association is pleased to announce the teams selected to represent the English Regions at the UK School Games to be held at Bristol & Bath from 28th - 31st August 2008.

Schools' Invitation International

SCHOOL SPORTS WEEK started well for the English Schools' Table Tennis Association teams playing in the annual Schools' Invitation International Championships held at Cardiff from 27th/29th June 2008.


Players from England, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland and Wales played in six competitions at Under 18, Under 16 and Under 14 age groups for both boys and girls teams.


Ireland triumphed in the Under 14 Boys event but England 'A' and 'B' teams swept the board with five first places, two seconds and five thirds.
